Return Window:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.

Please note that we cannot accept returns after the 30-day return period. Returns are subject to our terms and conditions.

How to make a return - step-by-step instructions:

2. Prepare your package : Pack the items you wish to return in secure packaging. Include the return form in the package so we can process your return smoothly.

3. Ship your package : Send the package to the specified return address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refund process : Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within up to 10 days.

Refund processing time
Refunds will be processed via your original method of payment. Please note that it may take longer for your payment provider to credit your account.

Non-Returnable Items
